David Toliver - Principal & CEO

David Toliver is an Industry Veteran in the Mobile & Home Electronics Industry with over 20 years in outside sales experience.  He also brings to the table an down to earth, hands on sales approach as he also has a background in installation, training, and designing Automotive and Home Audio & Video Systems.   Recognized as a motivated leader who is known throughout the Consumer Electronics industry for delivering and sustaining sales within the highly competitive U.S. retail markets.  David has a proven track record of success introducing and bringing new technologies to market as well as creating demand and pull on the consumer side.

Jorge Grijalva - Regional Territory Director

Drawing on more than three decades of experience, Jorge Grijalva is a respected veteran of the 12V industry. He has successfully managed and owned multiple custom car audio and electronics shops over the years, gaining invaluable expertise in operational leadership and business ownership.

Jorge's career has been built on the foundation of two core strengths: relationship building and management training. He excels at forging strong, lasting connections with clients, vendors, and team members alike, recognizing that trust is the cornerstone of any successful venture.
